A familiar BYU singing group graced the stage of a TV broadcast for the Boy Scouts of America on Saturday night.

Vocal Point, a nine-man A cappella group, was invited to sing at the 100th Anniversary BSA Celebration Program, “A Shining Light Across America.”

The performance was held in front of thousands of Scouts and Scout leaders at the Jamboree celebration in Virginia.

“What’s cool is that normally it is just a stage show that they show to the people there,” said Victoria Morris, a secretary for Boy Scouts of America. “But because it was the hundredth anniversary, they satellite broadcasted it out to the nation.”
